Anja holds a Master of Science degree in Ethnobotany and Adult Education (Distinction) from the University of Guelph, Ontario, a Bachelor of Science in Horticultural Science and International Agriculture (Distinction) from the University of Guelph, Ontario, an Ekklesia Excelerator – Level 1 certificate for Building a Global Transformational Community from William Jessup University, California, Management of Sustainability certificate from Tilburg University, and Appreciative Inquiry certificate from Case Western University, Ohio.
She is a professional biological scientist, consultant, team leader, and social entrepreneur who has demonstrated consistent success in facilitating multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams from the private, public, civil society, and religious sectors to achieve multi-sectoral goals in unpredictable environments in Eastern and Southern Africa, North America, and India over the past thirty years, with a specific focus on naturebased solutions for safe and affordable sanitation, water and agriculture.

Angie is a visionary leader, provocative thinker, engaging storyteller, and entrepreneur. She is passionate about equipping and empowering leaders on the African continent to manage, grow, and equitably distribute the resources of this great continent. Her four foundational pillars are Family, Marriage, Wealth Creation (Marketplace and entrepreneurship), and Community. Kinya is the creative director at Tahmid Creations. Tahmid Creations is a product design, interior design, and events company that specializes in African-themed solutions.

Led by highly skilled local and international scientists and engineers, we have over 30 years of experience in water resource management, ecological restoration, and wastewater treatment.
Job holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Mathematics from Egerton University. He is an operations professional with over eleven years of experience working with high-growth small and medium enterprises across multiple sectors. Job has successfully expanded into markets locally and internationally in addition to launching new products to existing markets.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Technology from Egerton University. He has fourteen years of experience in the water and effluent treatment sector. John is passionate about sustainable development with sustainable use and reuse of water and the protection of the environment as our heritage. He is also interested in research on wastewater recycling and reuse.
